General:

Please arrive 10 minutes before class time.
Please bring a pair of grippy socks with you to class. If you do not have a pair of your own, these are available to purchase at reception for £13. Leave your shoes and other belongings in the changing rooms.
Wear comfortable, form fitting athletic attire to ensure your trainer can check your form during class.
Please bring a water-bottle. Filtered water is available. We do not provide disposable cups.goes here

Our studio is located at 64 Porchester Road, W2 6ET. We are right next to Royal Oak tube station, and Bayswater, Queensway and Paddington are all 10-15 minutes’ walk away.
Nearby bus stops include bus numbers 7, 18, 23, 27 36 and 46.
Street parking is available on adjacent streets, which is paid on meter or unmetered with a City of Westminster parking permit.

You may cancel your booking without a charge up to 12 hours before class time. Your class credits will be automatically returned to your account. Late cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of your class.

Yes! Our pregnant clients must attend classes with pre/postnatal qualified instructors only.
Please contact the studio for more information on which classes are suitable for you before booking.

We recommend that clients attend classes at least 2-3 times a week to see results. However, we offer a variety of class timings and pricing options to suit your schedule.

As a business owned and run by women, we pride ourselves on curating an inclusive environment where any and all members of our community will feel comfortable working out.
We offer Fundamentals classes for beginners, those recovering from injury or those looking for a slower paced workout, while our intermediate classes are perfect if you’re looking for a faster, more intense class. At every step of your pilates journey, our instructors are positioned to provide their expertise, ensuring that all our clients are comfortable and safe during the class.
Please let the team know of any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions before the class. If you are a pre- or post-natal client, please speak to the front of house team before booking a class. You must be over the age of 16 to attend classes with us.

If you are more than 5 minutes late for class, the trainer reserves the right to refuse entry. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed entry into the class, and we are unable to refund any class credits lost. This is to prevent disruption to the class flow and to prevent injury as you will have missed the warmup.

We offer a 15% discount for students and NHS staff. Please contact the studio to apply this discount to your packages.

There are male and female changing rooms at the studio. We do not have showers at the Notting Hill studio at this time.
Memberships:

One late cancelled class returned to your account each month, no questions asked!
Up to 3 unused classes rolled forward into your next billing cycle.

Bring a guest for free once a month (weekend exclusions apply).

Our memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment.

We require at least 1-month’s written notice for termination. Please email the studio if you would like to terminate your membership.

Yes! We offer one discretionary pause on memberships each year. We require written Any further pauses will incur an admin fee of £30.

Additional single classes for members are £19. You can purchase these online or by contacting the studio.
Class Packages:

You can extend your class package for 30 days for a fee of £30. Otherwise, class packages may only be extended in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of studio staff. If you are unable to attend due to illness or injury, we are able to extend the expiry of your classes upon receipt of a doctor’s note.

Package purchase refunds are not given more than 14 days after the purchase date. Partially used or expired class packages cannot be refunded.
Any refunds given will be calculated on a true class basis and an administrative fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Package expiration varies depending on the pricing option you have selected. The expiration date of your classes will be clearly stated on your purchase confirmation email/ receipt.
