Group classes
Our group reformer Pilates classes provide an intense, dynamic workout designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. With a class capacity of 9, our expert instructors are dedicated to ensuring everyone receives personalized attention and modifications as needed. Join us to challenge your body and leave feeling invigorated, strong, and empowered!
Reformer Fundamentals is ideal for beginners and those who are returning to Reformer Pilates after a break during the lockdown OR following treatment from an injury OR managing pain. Pregnant and post partum ladies should only attend Pre/Post Natal Friendly Reformer Fundamentals class.
Our Intermediate Reformer Pilates classes are positioned at more advanced fitness levels. This class is not suitable for complete beginners to reformer Pilates, pregnant ladies, anyone experiencing pain or with injuries.
To get the most out of this class you need to understand the Pilates' fundamentals & principles and would have undertaken at least 5 Reformer Fundamentals classes.
The class format is faster and a lot more intense. You'll quickly see new levels of core strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. Your posture will improve; you'll stand taller and straighter, and your physique will become leaner and more toned.
Personal training
Our one-to-one personal training sessions are tailored by our highly qualified trainers to fit your unique needs.
Before your session, we will invite you to fill out a questionnaire, which your trainer will use to create a workout for your specific fitness goals, whether that’s building strength and endurance, rehabilitating from an injury, or enhancing your performance in other sports.
Personal training sessions will be conducted at a suitable pace for you, but trainers will always ensure that sessions are challenging and encourage you to achieve your goals.
